“How to make taking your medications easier: Learn about a new tool for RA and lupus patients”

We will be holding a seminar on Wednesday, June 4th, 2014 at 6:00 pm. Dr. Daniel Solomon, M.D., M.P.H., will outline typical treatment regimes for RA and lupus, then focus attention on how to improve adherence with these treatments.  Dr. Solomon is a population scientist focusing on the epidemiology and health services of rheumatic disease. He serves as the Chief of the Section of Clinical Sciences in the Division of Rheumatology at BWH. His research work is primarily funded by the NIH, AHRQ, and foundations and he has served major roles at the American College of Rheumatology.

The seminar will be held in Carrie Hall of  Brigham and Women’s Hospital, which is located at 75 Francis Street. Questions, answers, and an informal discussion to follow.  A light meal will be served. Family members and friends welcome.

If you valet park at the 75 Francis Entrance:

  • Enter the main hospital and take the elevators on your right up one floor to the 2nd floor. Upon exiting the elevator, turn left, then turn right moving past escalators. Continue past the cafeteria and gift shop to enter the pike
  • Continue to the end of the pike
  • Carrie Hall will be directly in front of you

If you park at 45 Francis Entrance:

  • Enter the 45 Francis entrance.
  • Walk through the lobby and take a right onto the pike
  • Continue to the end of the pike
  • Carrie Hall will be directly in front of you
